7. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

Sufficient detail for us to verify your identity
We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This protects your information from unauthorized access. We will not use information collected for verification for any other purpose.
9. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require:
Written permission signed by you
Verification of your identity directly with us
Verification of the agent's identity
10. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and the purpose.
11. Minors
