We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Crown Science University. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what falls outside our refund terms.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible products. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be honored except where required by law.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Submit your request within the 14-day window

Provide your order number and the email used for purchase

Have completed less than 25% of the course content (where measurable)

Briefly explain why the product did not meet your expectations

Refunds are issued at our discretion and based on the criteria above.

4. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

The following are non-refundable:

Products downloaded or accessed in full

Courses where you have completed more than 25% of the content

Custom or one-on-one coaching sessions that have already taken place

Subscription payments for billing periods already used

Bundle or promotional purchases marked "final sale"

Bonus materials or free items received with a purchase

Purchases older than 14 days

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including repeated refund requests or evidence the content was downloaded for the purpose of obtaining a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Your full name

The email address used at checkout

Your order number

The product name

A short note about your reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

7. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription products:

You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges

You retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods

8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

Immediate suspension of your account

Loss of access to all purchased content

A ban from future purchases

We cooperate fully with payment processors in chargeback disputes and will provide all relevant documentation.

9. Pricing and Promotional Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after purchase confirmation.
